What is better, given that the system is hosted, each employee will have ONLY the phone at his desk. You can set up the system with auto attendant or call routing, and even forwarding to your iPhones. This will give you the professional feel you are looking for. Hi Dale,We would all need a little more detail befor egiving you a conclusive answer, your iphones have the ability to run a SIP client which will route the calls to your iphones. (providing your within wifi access) But once again need to know more about what you currently have today.
