July 27, 2009 06:09 AM Well what they are eating is easy to say they are eating parsley.
Most likely Holland Lop

Possibly Mini-lops
http://double-h-farms.com/mini%20lops.jpg

I at least think it belongs to the Lop breed, there are many of them... for example.

Dwarf Lop Rabbit

French Lop Rabbit

English Lop Rabbit

The Bunnies remind me of Lady and the Tramp, when they are eating the Spaghetti http://img2.timeinc.net/ew/dynamic/imgs/070208/valentinegallery/lady_l.jpg into the kiss. http://moviescomments.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/060209-ladytramp-bcolstandard.jpg

The reason I think they are lop bunnies is because well of their loppy ears or as some would call floppy. I doubt it is the English Lop though, they tend to have really long ears. Plus Lop bunnies are basically the only bunnies with ears that fall down, most have ears that are up http://www.milkandhoneyfarm.com/diary/images/baby_bunnies.jpg

My final guess would be the Holland Lop because it tends to be the most common, http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/61/Holland_lop_bunny.JPG plus this bunny almost looks like those.

The Mini-Lop would be my second guess, but that is most likely not the case because these bunnies in your picture look bigger.

Well I hope this answer helps. (^_^)V

hi, It's hard to tell if they are mini-lops or very large Holland lops. (we have the latter). Based on the eye to head ratio, yes, one could be a mini lop (the one that is tortise, darker brown color) and the other one, the fawn colored one, a Holland lop.

They could be "fuzzy lops" (cross between Holland Lop and Angora), and their fur is brushed down, and smoothed....

How old are they? How much do they weigh?

They are playing tug of war with a small piece of kale, I believe.

There are kale leaves, and curled parsley leaves in the foreground.

I'm growing kale right now, for our bunny, and yes, it does look like that when it is younger.

Do you have pet rabbits, too?
Ours kind of looks like this little guy:
