Not if you signed up for it. You have agreed to be treated like an army by following all the rules. Plus this is the army you have to serve your country by the following the rule whether you like it or not.

It's not a civil rights violation as long as you joined the military voluntarily and are of sound mind. When a person joins the military, that person essentially becomes the property of the United States government and as such the government can do with its "property" whatever they want. Until you are discharged from the military, they own you and it's their way or no way.
