I would trade out the DHA 250 Smart Essentials
for a no-odor/low odor Omega 3/6 supplement (fish oil), I use the one from Trader Joe's. I use I *highly* doubt your dose is anywhere near significant enough to have made any negative impact whatsoever, but now that you know why worry about it?
Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin (A/D/E/K), and I believe this means it accumulates more than the water soluble ones (B/C...and so on). My understanding is that over time you can accumulate fat soluble vitamins at unsafe levels if you take even slightly higher doses, if that's true then 1) I highly doubt you've taken it long enough for a negative impact and 2) stop. :-)
Also, there is extra folic acid in the DHA 250, that's another vitamin you should only take at recommended levels.
