If you did research you should have seen that MWs are kept in the cage in a bowl for them to eat free choice. The bowl should be shallow enough for the gecko to get at them, but deep enough to keep the MW from climbing out. Glass is best.
Wax worms should be used sparingly, as they can block an animal if they eat a bunch at once. They are very fatty and should be treated like ice cream bars as far as value to the animal.
If you got the animal recently, you may be expecting the animal to gain weight too fast. Nothing is fast with reptiles. The animal could also be wormy, so get a fecal sample checked.
The powdered vit/min supplements should be used every third feeding, not on every meal.
What is the floor temp at the cool end? Ten gal tanks are kind of hard to create a temp gradient in.
Also, if you did research, why would you have bought reptile carpet? It is dangerous because when they go to grab a bug, their teeth can get caught in it and they will struggle, stress out, and can be dead by the time you find them stuck. Use white or brown paper or paper towels.
