Because we haven't yet identified the genes that affect artistic/academic/athletic/etc. talent, and because those genes (if they exist) are not the sole determinations of talent outcomes, I'm really dubious that we could design talented babies.
But phenotypic traits, like eye or hair color, or medical issues with known genetic components like deafness, could be effected by genetic specialists.
They don't have extra organs as far as I know, but we could genetically engineer babies to be blood/organ/tissue donors for their parents, siblings, or other relatives.Answer 2
Desinger babies are babies that have traits in which the parents desire and tell the doctors to genetically alter or manipulate.
No extra organs!!!
These are just traits and characteristics that people want their kids to have. This is not like you can make a baby have 5 brains and 8 arms, (well it's possible) but that's not the definition of designer babies.
Basically, designer babies are limited like that of buying an Ipone or Ipod. You can get one in different colors, 20Gigs 40gigs , and sizes.
Like eye color, hair color, and other dominant or recessive genotypes and all that good stuff.Answer 3
Umm...I don't think designer babies have extra organs.
Designer babies are only babies designed by eye colour, hair colour ..etc and sometimes mental ability.
They are just like everyone else except those things are chosen for them. So I do not think they have extra special abilities to prevent them from being sick in the womb.Answer 4
its not called a designer baby, designer babies are like babies that wear dior, and have LV diper bags, w/ juicy couture strollers
