I had a friend who was a biochemist that insisted that Shea butter is the best stuff you can use on your skin, get the 100% pure shea butter, the best stuff you can buy is the cold pressed shea butter.
Other things she recommended was to use a good sunblock, spf 30 or better. The sun can cause oxidation of the skin which causes it to wrinkle more at an early age. I think she also recommended alphlipoic acid, I hope I remember that right, I think it's marketed as Retin A.
