Does keeping a mobile phone in your front pocket increase the chance of infertility in men?

I've read on the internet that men that use their mobile phones for over 4 hours a day have a 25% less sperm count than those who don't. Does this just apply to when a mobile phone is use (when calling someone) or at all times? And if it's at all times, should I avoid keeping my mobile in my front pocket or completely avoid keeping it on my person?

According to a review article published in late 2010, a mobile phone in the trouser pocket and also the sending of SMS messages under the school desk (i.e. by school kids) can influence fertility and should be completely avoided.

There is a lot of conflicting evidence and at the end of the day we don't really know the influence of these devices as they are relatively new in our everyday use. I'd suggest the best thing is to avoid using them/relying heavily on them.

In 2008 Agarwal and collegues studied the effect of mobile usage on semen analysis in men attending an infertility clinic. They determined that there was a significant association between mobile usage and reduced sperm motility in men using their phone for more than 4 hours a day, versus men not using it at all.
