Food Safety Certification
I'm in NY state and a certified food safety trainer. Regulation guidelines are extremely stringent, and this article reinforces the necessity for conformance to these regs.
When testing is administered, the instructor has no idea what items are included; each test is sealed and must be accounted for. Unused tests must be returned, along with with the completed tests, with a log sheet indicating the status of the inventory sent, and must be mailed within 24 hours.
